RcmdrPlugin.UCA

RcmdrPlugin.UCA is a plugin to R-Commander which is an Graphical User Interface, GUI, for R.

The main objective of this project is to facilitate the learning and teaching of statistics.

Suggestions and contributions will be very welcome. For that purpose there are available Discussions at github and a forum at the project web page.

RcmdrPlugin.UCA es un complemento de la interfaz gráfica de usuario, GUI, R-Commander para R.

El principal objetivo de este proyecto es facilitar el aprendizaje y la enseñanza de la estadística.

Las sugerencias, contribuciones, traducciones serán bienvenidas. Para ello están disponibles las Discusiones en github y el foro de la página del proyecto.

Some extension to Rcmdr (R Commander):

• Confidence interval and test the variance from one normal population.
• Prediction using active model
• Randomness test
• Quality control: First and second phase graphs of pareto, p, np, c, u, xbar, R and S, from the data and from the parameters.
• Psychometry: Dificulty index, biserial correlations, Cronbach’s alpha, Spearman-Brown coefficient, Guttman coefficient,…

to teach statistics in a first university course made by R-UCA project and used at University of Cadiz (UCA).

Currrently we are working to add options to handle psychometric data.

All the customizations provides by this package will be propose to be part of the Rcmdr package. All the customization included in the Rcmdr package will be dropped from here.

Algunas extensiones a Rcmdr (R Commander):

• Intervalo de confianza y contraste de hipótesis sobre la varianza de una población normal
• Realizar predicciones usando el modelo activo
• Test de aleatoriedad
• Control de calidad: Gráficos de pareto, p, np, c, u, xbar, R y S de primera y segunda fase, desde los datos y desde los parámetros.
• Psicometría: Índice de dificultad, correlaciones biseriales, alpha de Cronbach, coeficiente de Spearman-Brown, coeficiente de Guttman,…

para la enseñanza de un primer curso universitario en estadística hechas por el proyecto R-UCA y usadas en la Universidad de Cádiz (UCA).

Actualmente se trabaja en añadir opciones para el tratamiento de datos psicométricos.

Todas las adaptaciones serán propuestas para su incorporación a Rcmdr. Las adaptaciones que se incorporen al paquete Rcmdr se suprimirán de este paquete.
